Your Role
  • Engage Leads: Reach out via phone and email to existing leads
  • Build Relationships: Listen to prospective clients’ challenges and tailor solutions that fit.
  • Seal the Deal: Convert those prospects into long-term partners, celebrating their success every step of the way.
  • Customer Success: Work with our wider team to support clients maximise their value from our solution
  • Prospect: Support our lead generation team with prospecting and cold calling


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales and cold calling, ideally in the tech or hospitality sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with business owners.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and word processing and spreadsheet software.
