The Video Editor will be responsible for editing, enhancing, and producing high-quality video 
content that effectively communicates our brand message, showcases our services, and engages

Key Responsibilities: 
∙Collaborate with the marketing and content team to plan and develop video content 
strategies that align with our brand and marketing goals. 
 




∙Edit and assemble raw video footage into compelling, visually appealing, and informative 
videos. 
∙Ensure all videos maintain a consistent brand identity and adhere to our style guidelines. 
∙Incorporate graphics, animations, music, and other multimedia elements to enhance video 
quality. 
∙Conduct color correction, audio enhancements, and video stabilization as needed. 
∙Review and select the best takes from multiple camera angles to create seamless and 
engaging video sequences. 
∙Work closely with scriptwriters, content creators, and other team members to ensure the 
video content effectively conveys our message. 
∙Stay up-to-date with industry trends and video editing software/tools to continually 
improve video quality and production processes. 
∙Manage video projects from concept to final delivery, meeting deadlines and maintaining 
project timelines. 
∙Collaborate with external videographers and video production partners as necessary. 
Qualifications: 
∙Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Video Editing, or a related field (preferred). 
∙Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video 
editing skills and creativity. 
∙Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or 
similar tools. 
∙Strong understanding of video production processes, including shooting, lighting, and 
sound recording. 
∙Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software is a plus. 
∙Excellent storytelling and narrative skills with an ability to convey complex information 
in a clear and engaging manner. 
∙Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple 



projects simultaneously. 
∙Effective communication and teamwork skills. 
∙Experience in higher education or admissions-related content creation is a plus.
