SAP BTP Trainer

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) Trainer to deliver corporate training sessions to our development and architecture teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and proven expertise in the latest SAP BTP technologies and cloud development practices.

Training Details:

• Duration: 6 months contract
  
• Schedule: 2 hours daily (Monday - Friday)
  
• Timings: Flexible (to accommodate team schedules)
  
• Mode: Virtual instructor-led training with hands-on sessions

• SAP BTP Platform Overview - Architecture, Services, and Core Concepts
  
• SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) - Development framework and best practices
  
• SAP Business Application Studio - Development environment and project setup
  
• SAP UI5/Fiori Development on BTP - Modern application development
  
• Integration Suite - API Management, Process Integration, and Enterprise Messaging
  
• SAP HANA Cloud - Database services and data modeling
  
• Authorization and Trust Management - Security implementation and user management
  
• CI/CD Pipeline Setup - Continuous integration and deployment practices
  
• Multi-Cloud Deployment - Cloud Foundry, Kyma Runtime, and ABAP Environment
  
• Real-world Project Implementation - End-to-end application development
  

Requirements

Key Requirements:

Technical Expertise:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BTP and cloud technologies
  
• Strong expertise in SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP)
  
• Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and modern web development
  
• Experience with SAP UI5/Fiori application development
  
• Knowledge of REST APIs, OData services, and web services integration
  
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts and deployment models
  
• SAP BTP certification (Development Associate or Professional level preferred)
  

Training & Communication Skills:

• Prior experience delivering corporate or technical training is highly preferred
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability to engage and handle senior-level developers and architects
  
• Strong presentation and demonstration skills
  
• Experience creating training materials and hands-on exercises
  

Professional Qualities:

• Good planning and organizational skills for structured training delivery
  
• Self-motivated and disciplined approach suitable for contract engagement
  
• Commitment to meet timelines and complete training as per schedule
  
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration with BTP
  
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and agile methodologies
  
• Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance requirements
  
• Experience working with global, distributed teams
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
