Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer part-time Customer Service roles for Dutch speakers already residing in Greece, specifically for the Frozen Goods Department of a reputable company. If you are passionate about customer service and fluent in Dutch, we would love to hear from you!

In this position, you will engage with Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries regarding our range of frozen products. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine work with the beautiful lifestyle that Greece provides while being a part of a dynamic team in the food industry!


Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to Dutch-speaking customers through various channels.
  • Address customer inquiries related to products, orders, and services in a professional manner.

  • Document customer interactions accurately for follow-up purposes.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Currently residing in Greece.
  • In possession of AMKA and AFMI.
  • Previous experience in customer service is beneficial, but training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • A friendly and approachable personality with a strong focus on customer care.
  • Able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional service and fostering customer relationships!
