Join Patrique Mercier Recruitment By Cyriel in an exciting opportunity for Dutch-speaking individuals who are already based in Greece! We are currently recruiting for customer care roles within a well-established frozen goods company. In this position, you will engage with Dutch-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries related to products and services. As a vital part of the customer care team, you’ll have the chance to contribute to the satisfaction of our clients while working in a friendly and supportive environment.


Your Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service assistance to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding frozen products and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain clear and positive communication with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Document and log customer interactions to improve service quality.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
  • Partake in ongoing training to stay informed about product offerings and best practices in customer service.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Must be currently residing in Greece.
  • In possession of AMKA and AFMI
  • Enthusiasm for customer service and the retail environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly disposition.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to grow and develop within the company.
