Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Development Representative to support both customer service and sales operations within the healthcare industry. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications, conducting outbound sales calls, assisting patients with scheduling and health plan enrollment, and maintaining accurate administrative and CRM records. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while building strong relationships with decision-makers and delivering HIPAA-compliant solutions. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails for customer and client inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments, follow up with patients, and assist with health plan enrollment.
  • Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls within the healthcare industry.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and present services.
  • Conduct needs assessments while providing HIPAA-compliant solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Update CRM and monitor market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Perform other tasks related to the position.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR)
  • Proven experience in outbound calling or B2B sales, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills and high energy level.
  • Strong ability to close deals effectively.
  • Understanding of HIPAA-compliant practices, highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Friendly, engaging, and approachable personality.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools, platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
  • Sound judgment and the capacity to comprehend and execute instructions promptly with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet.
