  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on energy products and customer service practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Flemish (spoken and written) is required.
  • Must live in Greece
  • In possession of AMKA and AFMI
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using technology and open to learning new systems.
  • Currently residing in Greece is mandatory.
  • EU passport or equivalent work authorization is required.
