The administrative assistant (AA) to the chief executive officer (CEO) provides high-quality administrative support to the CEO. Reporting directly to the CEO, the AA offers support in a one-on-one working relationship and is an active member of an entrepreneurial team. The ideal individual will be able to exercise sound judgment in various situations, with strong written and verbal communication skills, administrative and organizational skills, and a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Candidates located in the Phoenix, Arizona area preferred, but remote candidates will be considered.
