Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to transportation services.
  • Assist customers with booking information, schedules, and general operational questions.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of transportation services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly for quality assurance and service improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to inform customers effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or logistics sectors.
