About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Graphic Designer to join the Performance Creative team at a US-Based SAAS company! This role focuses primarily on creating static creatives for paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with an understanding of performance marketing principles. You'll collaborate closely with media buyers and performance creative team to create, test, and optimize ad creatives for Meta and Google.

Responsibilities

  • Design static ad creatives for paid social campaigns.
  • Create image ads, carousels, thumbnails, and promotional assets.
  • Produce multiple creative variations for testing.
  • Collaborate with media buyers and performance creative team.
  • Apply direct-response design principles.
  • Maintain brand consistency while optimizing for performance.
  • Create Lo-fi “ugly ads” as needed.
  • Iterate creatives based on campaign results.
  • Support creative testing initiatives.

Requirements

Must-Have

  • Strong graphic design portfolio.
  • Experience creating static ads for paid social on SaaS/Apps.
  • Understanding of direct-response marketing.
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to design for conversion rather than aesthetics alone.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.

Nice-to-Have

  • DTC/eCommerce experience.
  • Meta Ads creative experience.
  • Understanding of performance metrics.
  • Experience creating creatives for high-volume testing environments.
