Sweve Tech LTD is a leading technology companY. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in helping us find and attract top talent to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for various positions within the company

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the position requirements

- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates

- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates

- Conduct reference and background checks for selected candidates

- Negotiate job offers and assist with onboarding process for new hires

- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting to continuously improve our recruitment processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the technology industry

- Proven track record of successfully filling various positions at all levels within a company

- Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software

- Understanding of employment laws and regulations

- Professional and positive attitude
