Remote Creole-Speaking Medical Doctor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Virtual Medical Doctor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting health, diagnosing illnesses, and providing high-quality treatment with professionalism and compassion. This role requires a strong commitment to patient well-being, continuous learning, and collaborative healthcare delivery in a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately document patient encounters, including medical histories, physical examinations, procedures, and treatment plans, in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to ensure thorough and accurate documentation of patient visits.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and other team members to facilitate efficient workflow and documentation processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Creole (verbal and written).
• Bachelor's degree in medicine.
• Resume must be provided in English. 
• Availability to work full-time on EST (New York time).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken and written) with the ability to communicate with cross-functional and internal leaders.
• Experience as a medical scribe or in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
• Must be organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet required.
