Roles & Responsibilities

Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP C4C sales and service cloud, including master data, transactional data, workflow rules, business roles, page layout, custom fields, surveys, activity planner, reports, dashboards and mash-ups.
Experience in C4C service configurations (iBase, warranty, tickets, contracts, maintenance plans) and service process integration with SAP ERP.
Experience in C4C sales configurations (account hierarchy, visits/route planning, resource scheduler, territory management, campaign process).
Experience in C4C ECC integration scenarios and troubleshooting using code-list mapping and ID mapping.

Requirements:

Gathering business requirements from functional departments and translating them into functional and technical specifications.
Designing, building and configuring SAP C4C applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Developing and testing customizations, enhancements and integrations using Cloud SDK, OData services, web services and APIs.
Supporting end-to-end SAP C4C implementations including data migration, testing, training and go-live activities.

Techno functional consultant in C4C sales & service module

Job description

We are looking for a Techno functional consultant in C4C sales & service module with minimum 4-5 years of experience in SAP C4C with at least one C4C service implementation and one C4C support project.

The ideal candidate should have:

Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP C4C sales and service cloud, including master data, transactional data, workflow rules, business roles, page layout, custom fields, surveys, activity planner, reports, dashboards and mash-ups.
Experience in C4C service configurations and working including iBase, warranty, ticket/work ticket, contracts, maintenance plans, service process integration with SAP ERP, etc.
Experience in C4C sales configurations and working including account hierarchy, visits and route planning, resource scheduler, territory management, campaign process, etc.
Experience in C4C ECC integration scenarios and troubleshooting integration issues using code-list mapping and ID mapping.
Experience in UI designing/extensibility/embedded components using Cloud SDK.
Experience in developing and consuming OData services, web services and APIs for C4C integration with other systems.
Experience in ABAP, CDS, OData, web services, BAPI, middleware and WebUI development for SAP CRM services.
Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

As a Techno functional consultant in C4C sales & service module, you will be responsible for:

Gathering business requirements from functional/business departments and translating them into functional and technical specifications.
Designing, building and configuring SAP C4C applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Developing and testing customizations, enhancements and integrations using Cloud SDK, OData services, web services and APIs.
Supporting the end-to-end implementation and deployment of SAP C4C projects including data migration, testing, training and go-live activities.
Providing post-go-live support and maintenance for SAP C4C applications and resolving issues as per SLAs.
Documenting functional designs, test cases and results and ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
