DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This position provides direct administrative support for the Bureau of Oil and Gas Planning and Program Management (BOGPPM). This position is the primary administrative support position for the bureau and coordinates administrative activities with the bureau director, respective division chiefs and/or staff and the administrative officer in the Deputy Secretarys Office of Oil and Gas Management.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:


  • Full-time employment.
  • Work hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 3 days a week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
  • Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:


  • Such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four year college or university or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
