πŸ“ž I. Inbound Calls – Marketing & Loyalty Campaigns

🎯 Goal: guiding customers toward signing an energy contract

You will:

  • πŸ” Compare energy tariffs between our services and other suppliers

  • ✍️ Assist customers in completing contract details

  • ❓ Answer general sales questions (website & energy market related)

  • πŸ”„ Redirect customer care or β€œmove” questions to the right team

πŸ’¬ II. Online Chat & Email Support
  • πŸ’‘ Help new customers calculate prices

  • πŸ“¨ Provide clear information that helps them sign a contract

🚚 III. Inbound Move Calls

🎯 Goal: setting up new energy contracts for customers who recently moved

Your tasks:

  • πŸ” Compare tariffs with different energy providers

  • πŸ“ Assist in completing contract information

  • 🏑 Update customer data (new address, new resident details)

  • πŸ“ž Outbound follow-up for any missing move-related info

  • ❓ Answer general moving-related questions about billing, disputes, etc.

πŸ†• Additional Tasks
  • πŸ“ž Outbound calls to follow up incomplete contracts

  • πŸ—‚οΈ Administrative tasks: updating contract details, adding missing info
    ✨ You ensure every customer file is perfectly handled!

🧭 Requirements

  • πŸŽ“ Secondary education

  • πŸ’¬ Native-level Dutch/Flemish & good English

  • πŸ’» PC skills & strong writing ability

  • πŸ’« Empathy, confidence, flexibility, and proactivity

  • ⭐ Contact center experience = a plus!
