Role: Webmethods Support Associate

Experience Range: 2-7 years

Locations: HYD/Bangalore only

WORK FROM OFFICE

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):

1. WebMethods (EDI, MWS, Integration Servers, Protocols, Kafka, Services)

2. Unix

3. SQL

Good-to-Have:

1. Splunk

2. Knowledge on alert monitoring tools like Nagios, DREP, Hubble

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

1 Associate should be working on Incidents, Change management & service Requests

2 Associate should be ready to work in Shifts, weekend & Holiday shifts

3 Associate should be able to communicate well in calls with clients

4 Asociate should strive to get hold of all related information of the application and support the issues independently
