Roles & Responsibilities

4-6 years of experience in ServiceNow
Hands-on experience in developing, maintaining and enhancing applications on the ServiceNow ITSM platform (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB/Asset)
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow toolset and integrations with related systems; experience with CMDB, Discovery, MID Server architecture, probes, sensors, identifiers
ITIL v3 certification (preferred)

Requirements:

Develop, maintain and enhance ServiceNow ITSM applications and modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB/Asset) as part of the development and support team
Provide technical assessments, documentation and hands-on coding using Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, Data Policies, Script Includes, UI Pages, Glide, Web Services and other ServiceNow coding techniques
Be available for on-call rotation to support production issues impacting ServiceNow or related systems; troubleshoot issues and ensure stable operations
Analyze client environments and advise on best-practice solutions; configure network devices using SNMP and ACLs; troubleshoot network communication and security issues

Job Description

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Service Now.
Experienced in ServiceNow Development and Support Team with hands-on experience in developing, maintaining and enhancing applications on ServiceNow ITSM platform (help desk/service management).
Demonstrate expert knowledge of ServiceNow tool set and integrations with related systems.
ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset).
Provide technical assessments, written documentation and technical expertise.
Be available for on-call rotation to support any production issues impacting ServiceNow or its related systems within the enterprise.
Good knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, MID Server Architecture, Probes, Sensors, Identifiers.
Knowledge of Infrastructure / Networking.
Analyse client environment current state, maturity and complexities, and advise on best practice solutions.
Knowledge and some hands on experience on Service-Now customized coding with Client Scripts, Business rules, UI actions, UI policies, Data Policies, Script Includes, UI Macros, UI Pages, Glide, Web Services and all other available coding techniques in Service-Now.
Experience in configuration of Network Devices using SNMP and Access Control Lists.
Ability to troubleshoot common network communication and security issues.
ITIL V3 Certified (preferred)
