We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer with deep expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. This individual will work closely with the data engineering team and business stakeholders to create actionable insights and reports based on data from Snowflake and the AtScale semantic layer.

Responsibilities:

* Design and develop interactive Power BI reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.

* Build and optimize complex DAX measures and Power Query transformations to meet business requirements.

* Work with the Data Architect to understand Snowflake data models and ensure alignment with business reporting needs.

* Implement performance tuning strategies for Power BI reports, ensuring smooth and fast load times for large datasets.

* Collaborate with business users to define reporting requirements and refine KPIs and metrics.

* Integrate Power BI with Snowflake using DirectQuery or AtScale for semantic layer- based data access.

* Provide ongoing support for Power BI reports, handling performance optimizations and troubleshooting issues.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer, with expertise in DAX, Power Query, and report design.

* Strong experience in integrating Power BI with Snowflake and optimizing data models for large datasets.

* Familiarity with AtScale or similar semantic layer tools for report development.

* Proven track record of designing and implementing interactive dashboards for business users.

* Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and their application in Power BI.

* Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Power BI reports for performance.
