5+ years of hands-on SAP CRM core configuration and project delivery, including at least one full SAP CRM implementation in the Utilities sector.
Experience with SAP CRM to ISU middleware configuration (BDOCS) and strong knowledge of business transaction configuration (e.g., IR).
Knowledge of CRM technical master data structures (Business Partner and utilities-specific master data) and understanding of SAP Web UI and UI Component Workbench.
Experience with Utilities processes (Move in/Move out, Payment Scheme, Contract Management, Complaints/Campaigns Management) and familiarity with ERMS, SAP Gateway; Fiori a plus; strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to perform impact assessments and write lower-level design specifications.
