Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of CRM business processes in Sales, Service and Marketing (SAP C4C/C4HANA).
  • 8+ years of SAP C4HANA implementation/roll-out experience.
  • 2-3 years of domain experience in Sales & Marketing or after-sales (post-MBA) preferred.
  • Experience with requirements gathering workshops, solution design, scoping and fine-tuning SAP C4HANA/C4C solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct requirements gathering workshops and design SAP C4C/C4HANA solutions aligned with CRM processes (Sales, Service, Marketing).
  • Scope, fine-tune the SAP C4HANA solution and tailor reports to customer requirements; configure org structure, material and customer data.
  • Set up integrations with various SAP/Hybris and non-SAP systems; manage data migration and interfaces.
  • Lead or participate in SAP C4HANA implementation projects, adhering to methodology and deployment options; communicate with stakeholders and ensure quality delivery.

Functional SAP C4HANA skills (Preferred):

  • In depth knowledge of CRM business processes in Sales service and Marketing
  • Experience in conducting requirements gathering workshops and solution design
  • Experience on scoping and Fine-tuning the SAP C4HANA solution
  • Experience in Key user tools and screen adaptations
  • Experience in creation of Org structure, Material and customer data
  • Exposure to Integration set up with various SAP/Hybris and non-SAP systems
  • Experience in customizing and tailoring the reports as per customer requirements
  • Exposure to SAP C4HANA implementation methodology and deployment options

General Expectations:

  • Good explore to SAP project life cycle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • More than 8 years of SAP C4HANA implementation/Roll out project
  • 2 -3 years of domain experience in Sales and marketing or after sales post MBA is preferred
