Job Description: Network Operations Analyst (2 to 4 years)

The Opportunity
As a Network Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure across enterprise environments. You will perform routine upgrades and assist in troubleshooting and maintaining optimal network performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of routers, switches, and wireless controllers.

• Perform basic network troubleshooting and assist in root cause analysis.

• Assist with service packs, patches, and security configurations.

• Monitor network systems to ensure performance and reliability.

• Document network activities and maintain inventory records.

• Coordinate with senior engineers and project teams for implementation tasks.

Required Skills / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 24 years of experience in network engineering or related roles.

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing/switching, VPN, and VLAN.

• Basic understanding of routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF).

• Exposure to wireless LAN technologies (Cisco/Meraki/Aruba).

• Experience in network monitoring and capacity planning tools.

• Understanding of network security principles.

• Exposure to public cloud networking (especially Microsoft Azure) is a plus.

• Certification: CCNA preferred (or actively pursuing).
