Roles & Responsibilities

Strong IT procurement experience including software licensing and hardware/server/service purchasing
Ability to identify and shortlist potential product/service providers and facilitate supplier evaluation
Proficiency in price discovery/benchmarking and independent negotiation with the ability to build a business case for senior management
Understanding of data governance/regulatory requirements across geographies and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Requirements:

Job Description:

Identification and shortlisting of potential product/ Service Providers
Facilitating Technical / functional evaluation by relevant stakeholders within the organization
Ability to carry out Price discovery and bench marking exercise independently towards an effective negotiation
Post evaluation and negotiation creation of a strong Business case capturing the essence of all the elements of exercise with recommendations to Sr. Management
Keeping a tab on reports and views of Global Analysts across categories
Passionate about procurement including ability of Collaborate within and across teams to enrich oneself with wider knowledge base
Hands on with Contract Negotiation with fair knowledge about Data Governance Regime in different geographies
Ability to manage Product Category independently
Good understanding of IT procurement / , supply chain / procurement / understand how software is sold/licensed etc, purchasing of servers / purchasing of services
