Roles & Responsibilities

  • 6+ years of Android development experience and track record building or improving app architectures.
  • Proficiency in Kotlin, with expertise in Coroutines, Kotlin Flow, and Jetpack Compose.
  • Strong knowledge of architecture patterns (MVP, MVVM, MVI) and Android Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and Dependency Injection.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, Git, CI/CD, unit testing, and excellent communication in English (minimum B2+).

Requirements:

  • Develop Android applications using Kotlin with expertise in Coroutines, Kotlin Flow, and Jetpack Compose, and implement complex UI/UX in B2C apps.
  • Contribute to software architecture, from scratch or by enhancing existing architectures, and apply patterns such as MVP, MVVM, or MVI plus Clean Architecture, SOLID, and Dependency Injection.
  • Work across all phases of the mobile application development lifecycle, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and communicating complex technical issues clearly.
  • Collaborate in an Agile environment, with version control (Git), CI/CD, and unit testing; participate in distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Requirements:

  • Expert in Android development (min. 6 years of experience).
  • Experience developing architectures from scratch and/or introducing enhancements to existing architectures.
  • Experience working in all phases of the mobile application development lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to communicate difficult technical issues with sufficient clarity to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing Android applications using Kotlin, with expertise in Concurrent Reactive Programming (Coroutines and Kotlin Flow), and Jetpack Compose.
  • Experience in implementing complex UI/UX in B2C apps. (Share your examples (links) in your CV).
  • A strong grasp of software architecture patterns like MVP, MVVM, or MVI.
  • A mastery of Android Clean Architecture, SOLID Principles, and Dependency Injection along with a solid knowledge of CS fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and multi-threading.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Git and automation tools such as CI/CD and unit testing.
  • Very good level of English (min. B2+).

Nice to have:

  • Experience moving from cross-platform to native app development.
  • Experience working with BLE and smart devices. (Share your examples and comments with us.) Experience in some of the following domains: consumer apps, fitness and health apps, hardware apps such as apps for smart wearables, etc. (Share your examples and comments with us.)
  • Experience working in complex environments with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Experience with Java.
  • Experience in leading a team from a technical point of view.
