About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and communicative Customer Service Representative fluent in Croatian to join a dynamic, international support team in Greece. In this full time position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers handling inquiries, resolving issues, clarifying bookings or payments, and delivering reliable support via phone and email. You'll be part of a multicultural team and contribute to high quality service standards in a collaborative, supportive environment.

What You Bring

  • Native or fluent Croatian (spoken and written), plus a good command of English
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as Office365, CRM platforms, or similar internal systems
  • A solution oriented mindset, adaptability, and ability to manage changing priorities
  • Previous experience in customer support or contact centre work is an advantage, but not strictly required
  • A willingness to learn, empathize with customers, and deliver service with professionalism and care
