Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Enter new guest registrations and update existing registrations in CRM, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Maintain collateral and Margaritaville merchandise inventories; update inventory reports monthly and coordinate replenishment with Marketing.
  • Ensure all Closed State guests sign and that Out of State Non-Solicitation Affidavits are scanned into CRM; add a CLOSED STATE note in CRM for the Community Outreach Team.
  • Organize and maintain contract document folders and community documents (printed materials, flash drives, CDs); keep supplies at least one week of stock and report needs to Marketing; communicate daily CRM activity to the Director of Sales.

Role and Responsibilities:

Able to apply principals of logical thinking to a variety of practical situations and accurately follow standardized procedures or processes;
Aids the team effort in every way possible & acts in the best interest of the company;
Flexibility with schedule for customers and/or company needs;
Enter new guest registrations/Update existing registrations in CRM and ensure accuracy and thoroughness of information;
Ensure Out of State Non-Solicitation Affidavit is signed by all Closed State guests and scanned into CRM;
Add Note in CRM that states CLOSED STATE for the Community Outreach Team;
Assemble and maintain adequate supply of community brochures;
Maintain Collateral Inventory and update Inventory Report/Spreadsheet on a monthly basis. Communicate to Marketing any items that need to be replenished;
Maintain Margaritaville Merchandise and update Inventory Report/Spreadsheet on a monthly basis. Communicate to Marketing any items that need to be replenished;
Maintain contract document folders
Manage and maintain Community Documents, printed, flash drives and CDs, never allowing supply get less than at least 1 weeks worth;
Keep Director of Sales informed with daily CRM activities;
Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management
