Roles & Responsibilities

  • Familiarization with all social media platforms, Zoom, and Google Suite (preferred)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate various computer applications and software programs (preferred)

Requirements:

  • Plan and coordinate client travel itineraries from start to finish, including flights, accommodations, and activities
  • Communicate with clients to understand preferences, provide recommendations, and deliver exceptional service
  • Research, compare, and arrange travel options with suppliers; book and confirm arrangements
  • Manage bookings, process payments, and maintain accurate client records while staying compliant with relevant policies

  • Minimum 18 years old and with the ability to work independently
  • Reliable internet and smartphone/laptop
  • Authorized to work within the United States
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
