Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Own client relationships: serve as primary point of contact, translate client goals into actionable briefs, build trust, and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Drive business growth: identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, collaborate on campaign proposals, and maintain forecasting and reporting for account performance.
  • Coordinate project execution: closely collaborate with production, creative, and influencer teams to deliver campaigns on time, on budget, and to high quality, tracking KPIs and deliverables across multiple clients.
  • Represent the brand: act as an ambassador at client meetings, industry events, and digital communications; provide insights on industry trends and collaborate with marketing to capture case studies and campaign highlights.

Our 120-person team of creatives, strategists, and innovators produces thousands of high-impact campaigns weekly for the world’s leading lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and DTC brands. With 50,000 sq. ft. of DTLA studios and a global influencer network, we’re ready to 10x our output in 2025—and we need an Account Executive who can own client relationships and drive business growth at warp speed.

What You’ll Do

1. Own Client Relationships

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring seamless communication and proactive support.
  • Understand client goals, translate them into actionable briefs, and advocate for their needs internally.
  • Build trust and long-term partnerships through exceptional service and results.

2. Drive Business Growth

  • Identify opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, and new campaigns within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with leadership and strategy teams to pitch new ideas and present campaign proposals.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting for account performance and pipeline growth.

3. Coordinate Project Execution

  • Work closely with production, creative, and influencer teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and exceeding expectations.
  • Track KPIs, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Ensure quality control and client satisfaction at every touchpoint.

4. Represent the Brand

  • Act as an ambassador for High Scale—at client meetings, industry events, and digital communications.
  • Provide insights on industry trends, audience behavior, and platform opportunities to help clients stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with marketing to capture case studies, testimonials, and campaign highlights.
