With 50,000 sq. ft. of DTLA studios and a global influencer network, we’re ready to 10x our output in 2026—and we need a Jr. Casting Talent specialist who can hunt down the fresh faces, authentic voices, and charismatic creators that define our brands.

Why This Role Matters

The people in front of the camera often determine whether an ad succeeds or fails. As a Junior Casting Talent Coordinator, you'll help discover the creators, actors, and everyday people who make audiences stop scrolling.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who lives on social media, has a great eye for authentic personalities, and wants to learn how performance-driven casting works. You'll work alongside experienced producers and casting specialists who will teach you how to identify winning talent and build lasting creator relationships.

What You’ll Do

  1. Scout New Talent

  • Search Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and creator platforms to discover emerging talent.

  • Reach out to creators and introduce them to High Scale opportunities.

  • Help build a diverse roster of actors, UGC creators, influencers, and real-person talent.

  • Assist in sourcing talent that matches client briefs and campaign goals.

  1. Support the Casting Process

  • Review creator profiles and submitted videos.

  • Help organize auditions and casting calls.

  • Schedule interviews and communicate with talent throughout the process.

  • Learn how to evaluate on-camera presence and authenticity.

  1. Build Creator Relationships

  • Respond quickly and professionally to creator questions.

  • Help brief talent on project expectations and timelines.

  • Coordinate schedules and collect required materials.

  • Support negotiations and usage rights under guidance from senior team members.

  1. Keep Our Talent Database Organized

  • Maintain accurate creator profiles and contact information.

  • Tag talent by demographics, interests, style, and specialties.

  • Ensure our casting database stays current and easy to search.

Who You Are

  1. Social Media Obsessed

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, influencer marketing, casting, customer success, talent coordination, social media, or a related field.

  • You spend time on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube and naturally notice creators before they become mainstream.

  • You enjoy discovering new people and trends.

  1. Eager to Learn

  • You don't need years of casting experience—we're looking for curiosity, hustle, and coachability.

  • You're comfortable receiving feedback and improving quickly.

  • You're excited to build a long-term career in creative production or influencer marketing.

  1. Great With People

  • Strong English communication skills.

  • Friendly, professional, and confident when reaching out to creators.

  • Organized and dependable when managing multiple conversations.

  1. Detail-Oriented

  • Comfortable using spreadsheets or similar tools (or willing to learn).

  • Able to stay organized while juggling multiple projects.

  • Reliable with deadlines and follow-through.
