Our 120-person creative and production team delivers thousands of high-performing ads weekly for leading lifestyle, fashion, beauty, food, and DTC brands. With 50,000 sq. ft. of DTLA studios, a global creator network, and a high-volume editing pipeline, we’re scaling fast—and we need a Video QC Specialist who ensures every video that leaves our hands is flawless, on-brand, and performance-ready.

As our Video QC Specialist, you are the final checkpoint before videos go live across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Amazon, and TV. Your eyes safeguard the brand, protect performance, and ensure every deliverable meets the creative and technical standards expected from a world-class content engine.

Your approval is the difference between a good campaign and a great one.

What You’ll Do

1. Review & Approve All Video Deliverables

  • Conduct detailed quality checks on pacing, framing, transitions, captions, audio, and color.
  • Verify accuracy against client briefs, brand guidelines, and platform-specific requirements.
  • Catch visual flaws, audio inconsistencies, export errors, or continuity issues before delivery.

2. Ensure Technical Accuracy

  • Validate export settings—including codecs, aspect ratios, color profiles, and resolutions.
  • Confirm formatting across vertical, square, horizontal, and platform variations.
  • Identify issues with compression, graphics, motion, timing, or sync.

3. Maintain Creative Integrity

  • Ensure videos match the approved creative direction, scripts, and storyboards.
  • Check that key messaging, CTAs, overlays, and on-screen text are correct and brand-safe.
  • Preserve continuity across takes, scenes, and multi-version campaigns.

4. Collaborate With Editing & Production Teams

  • Provide clear, actionable, fast feedback to editors, designers, and producers.
  • Flag recurring issues and help guide solutions to prevent future errors.
  • Work with creative leads to align on quality standards and output expectations.

5. Improve QC Systems & Workflows

  • Develop and maintain QC checklists, SOPs, and review processes that scale.
  • Identify patterns in errors and collaborate with leadership to improve pipelines.
  • Help optimize turnaround times without sacrificing quality.

Who You Are

1. Detail-Obsessed Video Expert

  • You notice inconsistencies in frames, lighting, transitions, audio, and text instantly.
  • Your standards are high—and consistent.

2. Experienced in Video Post-Production

  • 2–5 years in video QC, editing, post-production, or a related content operations role.
  • Comfortable reviewing exports and working knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or After Effects (not required, but a strong plus).

3. Quality-Driven & Technically Sharp

  • Understand codecs, framerates, color grading basics, aspect ratios, and platform requirements.
  • Able to quickly identify both creative and technical issues in a video.

4. Fast, Organized & Reliable

  • Thrive in a high-speed, high-volume environment.
  • Comfortable managing a large queue of daily assets with rapid turnaround.
