Requirements:

  • Lead Generation: Research and build targeted lists of potential clients (DTC brands in fashion, beauty, and tech) using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Crunchbase; verify contact information and qualify leads before adding them to the pipeline.
  • CRM Management: Maintain impeccable data hygiene in our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce); ensure every lead, contact, and deal is updated and moved through funnel stages based on triggers and interactions.
  • Outreach and Appointment Setting: Conduct high-volume cold email and LinkedIn DM campaigns, personalize templates, handle initial responses and scheduling, and book discovery calls on the Sales Directors' calendars; follow up with warm leads.
  • Sales Admin Support: Prepare meeting briefs, research notes, slides, and draft contracts using templates for review by the closing team.

With 50,000 sq. ft. of DTLA studios and a global influencer network, we’re ready to 10x our output in 2026—and we need a Sales VA who is hungry, organized, and ready to fuel our growth engine by filling the pipeline with high-quality leads.

What You’ll Do

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

    • Research and build targeted lists of potential clients (DTC brands in fashion, beauty, and tech) using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Crunchbase.

    • Verify contact information (emails, phone numbers) to ensure low bounce rates and high deliverability.

    • Qualify leads based on specific criteria (revenue size, ad spend, industry) before adding them to the pipeline.

  2. CRM Management

    • Maintain impeccable data hygiene in our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce). Ensure every lead, contact, and deal is updated with the correct status and notes.

    • Move prospects through the sales funnel stages based on triggers and interactions.

  3. Outreach & Appointment Setting

    • Assist with high-volume cold email and LinkedIn DM campaigns. Personalize templates to increase response rates.

    • Handle initial responses and scheduling, booking discovery calls directly onto the Sales Directors' calendars.

    • Conduct follow-ups with warm leads to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.

  4. Sales Admin Support

    • Prepare meeting briefs, research notes, and slide decks for upcoming sales calls.

    • Draft contracts and agreements using templates for review by the closing team.

Who You Are

  1. A Lead Gen Specialist

    • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, lead generation, or business development (BDR/SDR support).

    • Familiarity with prospecting tools (Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is highly preferred.

  2. CRM Savvy

    • You know your way around a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive). You understand the importance of logging activity.

  3. Excellent Writer

    • Strong English proficiency (C1/C2) is required. You will be writing emails and messages on behalf of the agency. Your grammar and tone must be flawless.

  4. Organized & Relentless

    • You can handle repetitive tasks (data entry, scraping) without losing focus or accuracy.

    • You have a "hunter" mindset—you enjoy finding the right contact at a hard-to-reach company.

  5. Tech-Fluent

    • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, and email automation tools (Instantly, Lemlist, etc.).
