Job description

Location: Remote (Anywhere in India)

Client: A Global Leader in Identity & Security

Duration: 6 Months (Contract)

About the Project:

We are hiring an experienced IT Recruiter to join a 6-month contractual project with a global leader in Identity and Security solutions. The selected consultant will be instrumental in driving proactive sourcing, building talent pipelines, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process in close collaboration with the in-house recruitment team.

Scope of Work:

• Support passive search and proactive sourcing for various open IT roles

• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline aligned with current and future hiring needs

• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to understand hiring priorities and address gaps

• Conduct initial screenings, pre-assessments, and evaluate candidate suitability

• Maintain recruitment documentation, dashboards, and status reports as required

Key Deliverables:

• Shortlist of qualified candidates aligned with specific job descriptions

• Weekly recruitment status and progress reports

• A well-mapped and documented talent pipeline

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience (in-house or agency)

• Strong sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and job boards

• Experience in hiring across cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise technology sales, and presales domains preferred.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setup
