Mobile Test Lead/Sr. Automation Engineer

Job Title- Mobile Test Lead/Sr. Automation Engineer:

Must Haves:

· Total 7+ years of experience in automation testing

· 4+ years of experience in Mobile Native apps – iOS and Android, test automation, API and Cloud Test Lab setup

· Proven ability to independently setup automation frameworks from scratch for both iOS and Android (using XCUI tests and Espresso respectively preferred, Appium for cross-platform implementation is acceptable too as a second preference)

· Experience with Android Studio and XCODE

· Recommend new tools and implement POCs independently

· Experienced in automation using Appium, Selenium, Java

· Experience with Mobile Cloud test lab – Kobiton, SauceLabs, AWS or similar

· Collaborate closely with manual QAs and implement CI/CD/CT practices to ensure deliverables meet quality

· Jenkins, TeamCity, Bamboo or other continuous integration tool experience

· Work with development teams to plan, implement, and track end-to-end automation activities

· Typically spends 70% of time writing code/scripting, implementing and maintaining automation tools, and remainder of time collaborating with stakeholders on ongoing features and releases

· Effective failure analysis and consistent automation status reporting to mobile leadership

· Functions as a leading member of our agile team and helps drive consistent automation practices

· Ensures Engineering team delivers a quality product that meets the defined Acceptance Criteria

· Coach and mentor other QAs on the team to contribute to automation

Nice to Haves:

· Git or other version control system is a plus

· Retail Domain experience is a plus
