  • 2-5 years programming/systems analysis experience
  • Experience in ORACLE databases and ORACLE forms and reports
  • Experience writing complex queries and developing PL/SQL database objects and/or ability to write complex queries utilizing Transact-SQL
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience

Requirements:

  • Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions
  • Comply with OATS Administrative Policies and Procedures by working directly with the Department's Contract Manager throughout the PO term
  • Prepare ISDM or SDF documentation that indicates the project complies with OATS policies and procedures
  • Address Project Team conflict and communication problems proactively

Job Title - Oracle Developer (remote option)
Location - Tallahassee, FL (remote)
Duration - 12 months +
Rate - DOE

JOB DESCRIPTION
Must-have skills: Oracle, PL/SQL, oracle forms, transact SQL.
Requirements:

• Programming/systems analysis experience (2-5 years);
• Experience in ORACLE databases and ORACLE forms and reports;
• Experience writing complex queries and develop complex PL/SQL database objects and \ or ability to write complex queries utilizing transact SQL (preferred);
• Experience in relational database design, data processing and data communications (preferred);
• Experience in writing, reading, and interpreting technical specifications, test cases, and software requirements (preferred);

• Government experience;
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or another related field or equivalent work experience


Responsibilities:
• Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions;
• Comply with OATS Administrative Policies and Procedures by working directly with the Department's Contract Manager throughout the PO term;
• Prepare ISDM or SDF documentation that indicates the project complies with OATS policies and procedures;
• Address Project Team conflict and communication problems proactively;
• Review required documentation evidencing the deliverable for completeness and correctness before submitting to the Project Team and Stakeholders.
