Database and integration work: Microsoft SQL, ODBC interfaces, APIs; work with tools such as Lorton and AIMS.
Planet Press Connect (OL Connect) suite experience: Workflow/Designer usage and interfacing with printing/finishing equipment; documentation and stakeholder communication.

Planet Press is a suite of software modules that enables easy creation, variable data printing and distribution of transactional documents and business forms. It integrates variable data as well as offering advanced automated workflow management capabilities. Documents created with Planet Press Suite can be printed in high-volume, archived, emailed and/or faxed as part of a sophisticated output document management application. Core skills needed for this role:

Read and Interpret data - All ACG Mail Matrix files and provided in Excel spreadsheets.
Reporting - Creating/Updating/Interpreting.
Create Documentation
Technical Procedures.
Flow Charts and Diagrams.
Communication: Ability to communicate (verbally & written) in a clear and concise manner with both technical and non-technical individuals.
Understanding of Encryption/Decryption.

Ability to work extended and/or irregular hours.
