ECommerce Product Manager working with Dev and Engineering Teams, Analytics Teams, and UX Teams to help design experience that support our E commerce organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accurately & quickly pinpoint trends, anomalies and opportunities
Succinctly summarize results
Translate insights into actionable plans
Build simple & complex business impact analyses and forecasts
Lead results reporting and analysis related to expiring promotion offers & discounts, capturing aggregate and key metric performance
Integrate and matrix results across related activity (i.e. call volumes, offer utilization rates)
Support strategic planning & customer experience improvements through targeted analyses
Support base management scrum team, retention plans and service simplification through ad hoc analyses
Maintain data integrity through core team and cross functional validation
Run queries/data pulls
Analyze customer profile data, billing, CLV, propensity etc.
Meet with key stakeholders to audit, validate and assess customer trends
Prepare forecasts
Attend planning and scrum team meetings
Work with department Director daily.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably related to business or marketing analytics, financial or strategic planning, or pricing strategy & analytics
5+ years' experience in subscription industry, preferably Telecommunications
Prefer strong understanding of services billing, pre-billing, service & equipment codes
Intimate knowledge of key analytics tools & processes
Prefer experience with Data query, manipulation and/or visualization tools (i.e. SQL, Alteryx, Tableau)
Familiarity with retention business performance drivers, churn, recurring revenue/wallet share, upsell, operating expense
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect quickly and credibly in a virtual environment
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a passion for delivering the optimal customer experience
