Roles & Responsibilities

  • Extensive experience in test automation using Java (Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG)
  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Familiarity with modern web development frameworks, including React
  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams

Requirements:

  • Lead projects and motivate the testers; provide leadership and direction to the team
  • Communicate overall status to Onsite and raise risks appropriately; manage stakeholder expectations
  • Train the team on various tools and ensure adherence to quality standards and processes
  • Ensure progress of test activities per plan, meet milestones and SLAs, and investigate/resolve issues

SDET and ReactJS Leads
Location: Remote (CST)
Duration: 6+ Months

US Citizens, GC, visa holders preferred, NO third party corp to corp accepted for this job
  • Ability to lead the projects and motivate the team of testers.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the team.
  • Ability to communicate the overall status to Onsite and raise risk appropriately (if any).
  • Trains the team on various tools and ensure that quality standards and process followed.
  • Ensuring progress of test activities as per plan adhering to milestones and meeting SLAs.
  • Able to Investigate and diagnose problems, propose, and execute solution.
  • Experience of working with DevOps, CI/CD, Continuous testing environment.
  • Extensive experience in test automation, using Java (using Eclipse)/Selenium and Cucumber, Test NG,
  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with modern web development frameworks, including React.
  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
  • Proficiency in API testing and tools like Postman.
  • Experience with GitHub for version control and Jenkins for CI/CD integration.
  • Experience with Jira Xray Plugin.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in manual test case creation / review and execution.
  • Must have experience with test management tools.
  • Experience with Google Lighthouse for performance testing is a plus.
  • Experience with Allure reporting is a plus.
