Lead implementation tasks, including data import from the current system and configuration of the SaaS tool.
Provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting to ensure accurate compliance tracking.
Deliver training and knowledge transfer, including annual contractor training, to users and stakeholders.

Davis Bacon Act (DBA) Compliance Analyst
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Remote

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Oracle finance software experience - Davis Bacon Act (DBA) Compliance organization is currently seeking a Davis Bacon Act (DBA) Compliance Analyst to join the team and support SCA/DBA compliance activities at Client.
Summary Davis-Bacon Act Compliance Software as a Service for use in tracking Davis-Bacon Act compliance and Civil Rights compliance for payroll and payments for Federal and State funded projects . Services include implementation, import of extensive data from the current system, ongoing support, and training including annual contractor training.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university OR equivalent work experience combination with 2 years' experience.
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical skills
Experience involving Government Contracts
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
Excellent attention to details under tight deadlines
Ability to multi-task while managing competing priorities
