Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint) or G Suite, and cloud-based WMS solutions (Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Excellent communication skills across various organizational levels.
Strong ability to communicate with IT users, business leaders, and warehouse operators.
Responsibilities

Document new processes and ensure change management.
Provide hands-on training to the local Operations Team.

Assist teams with transitioning to new systems and processes.
Act as SME for system functionality, change management, and process alignment.
Identify performance improvement opportunities and develop solutions.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
