  • Represent Supply Chain operations in gathering requirements, designing, implementing, and supporting new WMS.
  • Monitor and drive the success of the project based on KPIs and SLAs.
  • Act as SME for system functionality, change management, and process alignment.

Position: WMS (Warehouse Management System) Implementation Business Lead
Location: ROSEMONT, Illinois– (100 % Remote)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: DOE

Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in warehouse operations, WMS implementations, or process development.
  • Blue Yonder experience is required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and contingency planning skills.
  • Experience in on-the-job coaching and training for warehouse staff.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaborative environments.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint) or G Suite, and cloud-based WMS solutions (Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills across various organizational levels.
  • Strong ability to communicate with IT users, business leaders, and warehouse operators.

Responsibilities
  • Lead WMS rollout aligned with operational goals and customer SLAs.
  • Represent Supply Chain operations in gathering requirements, designing, implementing, and supporting new WMS.
  • Evaluate and adapt warehouse environments for the new system.
  • Configure processes and technology to fit the desired outcomes.
  • Document new processes and ensure change management.
  • Provide hands-on training to the local Operations Team.
  • Monitor and drive the success of the project based on KPIs and SLAs.
  • Assist teams with transitioning to new systems and processes.
  • Act as SME for system functionality, change management, and process alignment.
  • Identify performance improvement opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
