4+ years of high-tech industry/product engineering/IT experience.
3-5 years of experience with Node.js (TypeScript, Express), Angular, and React (preferred).
Experience with relational databases (MySQL or equivalent) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB or equivalent); Git version control; and developing enterprise-wide software solutions (preferred).

Design, build, and support learning systems applications and 3rd party product integrations.
Develop, test, document, and implement high-quality learning system applications based on specifications and requirements.
Analyze and correct performance deficiencies in programs.

Job description

Position : Senior Full Stack Developer
Location : Orlando, FL – (Remote)
Duration : 11 Months
Rate : DOE

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent work experience.
4+ years of high-tech industry/product engineering/IT experience.
3-5 years of experience with:

Node.js (TypeScript, Express)
Angular
React (preferred)
MySQL or other relational databases
MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
Unix, RedHat Linux or derivatives (preferred)
Developing enterprise-wide software solutions (preferred)
Custom business applications (preferred)
Perl (preferred)
Apache (preferred)
Business Intelligence, Big Data, or analytics (preferred)
Experience with git version control
Experience in the education industry or working with educational data (preferred)

Responsibilities

Design, build, and support learning systems applications and 3rd party product integrations.
Develop, test, document, and implement high-quality learning system applications based on specifications and requirements.
Analyze and correct performance deficiencies in programs.
Adhere to development standards to ensure code maintainability for team development.
Modify software applications or architecture to resolve issues and accommodate future growth.
Participate in code reviews and necessary meetings.
Develop effective working relationships with other departments and groups.
Provide weekly status reports to IT supervisors.
Meet professional obligations, including deadlines, schedules, and resource coordination.
