Job description

Position: ServiceNow ITOM Dev
Location: Dallas, TX (Remote)
Duration: long term
Rate: DOE

Requirements:

Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITOM, including Discovery, CMDB, and Domain Separation
Strong understanding of CMDB data model and extension for requirements
Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow workflows, web prototypes, and solutions design
Familiarity with public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and local data centers for ServiceNow Discovery
Proficiency in using Mid Server, web services, email, and integration technologies with ServiceNow
Experience in vulnerability management, compliance, and integration with cybersecurity requirements
Strong communication, task prioritization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

Configure, set up, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM applications
Implement ServiceNow Discovery for cloud and on-premises environments
Design workflows, web prototypes, and technical solutions within ServiceNow
Collaborate with IT Process Architect, Business Analysts, and IT teams to meet business needs
Troubleshoot and administer the deployed ServiceNow instance
Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and APIs for vulnerability management
Customize configurations to automate vulnerability scanning and remediation
Create dashboards, reports, and analytics for vulnerability compliance metrics
Stay updated on best practices and trends in vulnerability management and ServiceNow development
