Job description

Position1: OSS Order fulfillment, Provisioning, Inventory- Solution Architect
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term

Responsibilities

Collaborate with key stakeholders to Client and document existing OSS architecture and process flows for Service order fulfillment including Order Management, Provisioning, Network Engineering, Inventory, Activation, testing and turn up
Create and maintain architecture blueprints across all OSS Order Fulfillment area
Identify OSS functional and/or data overlaps and propose optimized solution and transition plan
Identify process automation gaps and propose cost-justified solutions and/or gap-mitigation plans
Conduct workshops showcasing the developed process to business stakeholders

Expected exp

12+ years of progressive experience with a min of 8+ years of experience in Telecom/Cable/Fiber
Highly skillful in OSS system architecture, designs, and specifications
Deep knowledge and expertise in networks, devices, telecom wireline services modeling, and automation with middleware knowledge in OSS systems
Experience in translating high-level business ask into solution architectures through required visual and documentation techniques is required.
Hands-on architecture design experience on COTS platforms (e.g. Oracle Client (former Metasolv M6), ServiceNow)
Ability to work in a multi-vendor environment
Self-motivated and a great communicator
