Description:
As a Lead Frontend developer, you will lead the frontend development of an enterprise AI chatbot framework web application. You will play a key role in developing and guiding the technical team toward delivering business value through GenAI.
What You'll Do

Develop a highly interactive, user-friendly frontend for an enterprise chatbot web application using Svelte.
Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to junior developers.
Contribute to UI/UX design and translate designs into high-quality code.
Work alongside the frontend and backend teams to deliver business value by providing an enterprise AI chatbot framework.
Implement and adhere to software development life cycle (SDLC) best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, and testing.

What We're Looking For

8+ years of experience in software engineering and frontend application development.
Expertise of the Svelte framework and strong portfolio of Svelte projects.
Strong proficiency JavaScript/TypeScript and Svelte.
Proficiency in Python.
Experience throughout the software development life cycle, including design, architecture, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, frontend, backend, and DevOps.
Proficiency using Azure or similar cloud computing ecosystem
Strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
