Job description

NYB - Infrastructure SME (NY)
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)
Location: Remote (US/MX/Canada (EST working hours)

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Infrastructure SME to lead the planning, execution, and delivery projects related to monitoring improvements, especially for critical applications (Murex, Darwin, Risk applications). The skills would be:

MUST SKILLS:

Previous experience on Observability projects and tools.
Infrastructure projects management experience (DR, obsolescence, hardening, Security, monitoring, Vulnerability/patching/hardening)
Technical background is required (system engineer, IT operations, ...)

MAIN SKILLS:

Ability to collect critical process from the applications to improve the monitoring for the critical applications.
Strong ability detecting and escalating applications issues.
Ability to investigate applications, server and service log to find root causes.
Define a plan with all the activities that need to be addressed.
Coordinate the execution with the teams involved. "
