Industrial Sales Representative
Position Summary
This is a high-energy professional role responsible for identifying opportunities and building lasting client partnerships in the industrial ventilation and industrial textile product markets. Serving the United States, this role targets key industries such as HVAC, Municipal, and Equipment Rental, Agricultural, Construction, Utilities, Manufacturing, Automotive, Recreational Vehicle.
Armed with a deep understanding of the product line and market trends, the Account Executive communicates directly with clients, assesses their unique needs, and recommends value-driven solutions. This role blends direct selling and management of manufacturers' representatives to maximize territory value.
Ideal candidates are organized, adaptable, and passionate about client relations. They should be skilled communicators, effective presenters, and tech-savvy professionals with strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities. This position requires extensive travel across the United States and a strong commitment to upholding the company's Code of Business Conduct Policy.
Essential Functions
- Maintain and grow the existing customer base; develop professional relationships with new prospects.
- Execute the full sales cycle using the company's Sales Process and document all activities in the CRM.
- Create and present client-specific sales proposals using a consultative approach.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies, budgets, and trade show planning.
- Deliver market feedback regarding customer needs, competition, and product trends.
- Resolve quality assurance and support issues directly with OEMs, distributors, and customers.
- Lead or participate in Voice of Customer (VOC) events to gain insights into new opportunities, product improvements, and user experience feedback.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain regular interaction with current customers.
- Pursue new business opportunities and recommend new product ideas.
- Log all sales activity accurately in the CRM system.
- Represent the company and its values in a professional manner.
- Support marketing and advertising initiatives.
- Attend and represent the company at industry trade shows, regionally and nationally.
- Maintain responsive and professional relationships with customers.
- Participate in cross-training and internal meetings as required.
- Provide input for sales forecasts and annual planning.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Educational Requirements / Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field required.
- Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience required.
- Sales management experience is preferred.

- Solid understanding of industrial sales and marketing principles.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
