Job description

Senior Software Engineer (Python)

Canada / Remote

Long Term Contract

The ideal candidates will have strong skills in Oracle, Postgres, Python, Kafka, CI/CD, Bitbucket, XML, Docker, and EKS, and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the process rewrite and collaborate with teams.

· Develop using Python, Oracle, Postgres, and optimize data pipelines with Kafka.

· Implement CI/CD pipelines, manage version control with Bitbucket, and deploy using Docker and EKS.

· Parse and transform data with XML, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

· 8+ years of experience in software development.
