Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

Analyze Source Systems, Staging area, Fact and Dimension tables in the Target Data Warehouse to validate data flow and mappings
Develop and execute Oracle SQL queries and SQL scripts to verify data elements and test data through ETL processes
Perform data validation and data comparison to ensure data quality across ETL/Data Warehouse
Utilize Unix/Linux commands during testing; knowledge of Selenium is a plus

Job description

ETL Tester with strong Python

Canada / USA / Remote

Long Term Contract

Job Requirement:

· Over all 10 Years

· Over 5 to 6 years of ETL/Data testing experience.

· Hands-on experience in ORACLE database technologies

· Strong expertise in ORACLE SQL and SQL scripting

· Experience in Python scripting

· Relational database experience with expertise in writing complex SQL queries & joins to verify proper mapping of data elements and manipulating test data through SQL statements.

· Good knowledge in Unix/Linux Commands.

· Expertise in Data validation and Data comparison.

· Experience in ETL Processes (Data Warehouse Testing)

· Proficient enough to Analyze Source Systems, Staging area, Fact and Dimension tables in Target D/W

· Knowledge of Selenium will be plus
