The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IAM concepts, Java development, and SailPoint IIQ configurations. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust IAM solutions that align with business requirements and security standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and Development: Develop, customize, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, rules, and integrations. Implement and configure SailPoint IIQ components such as connectors, certifications, access requests, and role-based access controls (RBAC). Write custom Java code, scripts, and SailPoint IIQ plugins to extend platform functionality. 2. Integration and Deployment: Integrate SailPoint IIQ with various target systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, SaaS applications, databases). Perform deployment activities, including testing, debugging, and troubleshooting in development, QA, and production environments. Ensure seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure and applications. 3. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for IAM solutions. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement them in SailPoint IIQ. 4. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for SailPoint IIQ, including monitoring, performance tuning, and issue resolution. Perform periodic access certifications, role mining, and compliance reporting. Stay updated with SailPoint IIQ updates, patches, and new features. 5. Documentation and Best Practices: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test cases, and operational procedures. Follow industry best practices and security standards for IAM implementations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and implementation. Technical Skills: o Proficiency in Java programming and scripting languages (BeanShell, JavaScript, etc.). o Strong understanding of SailPoint IIQ components, including workflows, rules, connectors, and certifications. o Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services integration. o Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL, Oracle) and directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP). IAM Knowledge: o Solid understanding of identity governance, access management, and compliance concepts. o Experience with role-based access control (RBAC), access certifications, and provisioning workflows. Tools and Platforms: o Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) and CI/CD pipelines. o Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
