Roles & Responsibilities

Experience testing Salesforce including login, navigation, data validation, and basic data queries, plus API testing.
Experience with MuleSoft, including log checking and integration testing.
Expert-level Postman proficiency for API testing.
Insurance domain experience with PolicyCenter (PC) and Guidewire.

Requirements:

End-to-end testing across Postman, MuleSoft APIs, Salesforce, and Policy and Claims systems.
Validate data integrity in Salesforce, perform basic data queries for validation, and API validations.
Manage test artifacts, coordinate with client IT teams, and support go-live activities and post-production validation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and drive defect resolution in an Insurance domain environment (PolicyCenter and Guidewire).

Job description

Job Title: QA with Salesforce and Mulesoft
Location: Remote (Preferred candidates from EST/CST)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Over all 12+
JOB DESCRIPTION

Familiar with using Salesforce (log in to Salesforce, navigating, checking data, run some basic data queries for validation, etc.) and API Testing.
Familiar with MuleSoft (check logs, etc.)
Expert using Postman
Experienced testing end to end scenarios (Postman à MuleSoft APIs à Salesforce à Policy & Claims Systems)
Good communication and organizational skills to manage artifacts, work with clients' IT team, support go-live activities, postproduction validation, etc.
Insurance domain with P&C and Guidewire experience must.
