Position: Senior Technical Recruiter

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers, understand business needs, and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract, engage, and hire top technical talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.

  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.

  • Conduct initial assessments and technical screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Partner with HR and leadership teams to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging recruitment tools/technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in IT/Software/Technology sectors.

  • Strong understanding of technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, etc.).

  • Proven success in sourcing and closing passive candidates in a competitive market.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment CRMs, and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).

  • Ability to handle multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and optimize strategies.
