10-12 years of experience in technical program/project management, preferably in chemical manufacturing or operations technology
Strong background in shopfloor automation, OT, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex programs
Knowledge of Digital Twin and vibration analysis for machinery health and performance
